Notice of Company Truck Fuel Surcharge

Dear Valued Customer,

SoCal Filters and Service Inc. remains committed to providing dependable delivery service and quality HVAC filtration products to support your operation.

Due to significant increases in diesel-fuel costs and the resulting expense of operating our delivery fleet, SoCal Filters and Service Inc. will implement a Company Truck Fuel Surcharge effective October 1, 2026.

The surcharge applies only to deliveries completed by SoCal Filters and Service Inc. company vehicles. It will be shown as a separate line item on your invoice and is intended to offset a portion of extraordinary fuel costs associated with providing reliable local delivery service.

The surcharge will be based on the weekly California On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). The EIA statewide on-highway diesel benchmark will provide a consistent, independent reference for fuel-market conditions.
