Beyond stocking and supplying filters, SoCal Filters and Service Inc. provides turnkey HVAC air filter service across Southern California — with deep specialization in universities, hospitals, school districts, and commercial buildings. Our team is experienced with HEPA filtration, carbon filtration for odor and gas-phase control, and cleanroom environments — including gel-seal change-outs and room-side replaceable housings. Uniformed, insured technicians handle the entire change-out — removal, vacuuming, installation, fastener & gasket inspection, pressure-drop documentation, and disposal of dirty filters off-site — so your facility staff can focus on operations.
Every service visit follows the same documented protocol so you get consistent, audit-ready results.
Initial walk-through to inventory every unit, filter bank, location, filter type, size, quantity, and access instructions. Delivered as a spreadsheet to your building staff.
Two-week advance schedule, Monday to Friday standard (after-hours by arrangement). Filters delivered to point of installation.
Dirty filters bagged or boxed before transport through occupied areas, then disposed off-site. Filter banks and compartments vacuumed in the same operation.
Before/after static pressure (∆P) readings recorded at each bank. Missing or non-functional magnehelic gauges are identified and reported.
Filter Maintenance Service Record documenting type, size, quantity replaced, dates, ∆P readings, and projected change-out dates. Signed by the technician and submitted to facilities management.
Uniformed technicians, insurance certificates on file, labeled SCF vehicles, security check-in procedures, equipment lock-out / start-up coordination — all developed jointly with your team.
We walk every air handler, fan-coil unit, package unit, and filter housing. Each is documented on our Survey Form — filter bank type, gasket & fastener condition, gauges, last change date, and recommended service intervals.
Survey results turn into a written quote and a service schedule, delivered at least two weeks before any work begins.
Account Manager coordinates on-site work. Technicians remove dirty filters, vacuum the bank, replace clips and gaskets as needed, install new filters, and log ∆P readings on the Service Report.
Signed Service Report is filed at each equipment location and submitted to facilities management. Filter Service Log tracks ∆P trends across visits to support Verification-of-Performance reporting.
We'll schedule a survey of your facility and provide a written service proposal.
